Portraits

While we specialize in studio sessions, we offer on-site outdoor portraits as well (w a gorgeous view). We can provide a combined session to capture the art of the studio and natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains!

Session Fee $195

  • The fee will be charged as your deposit, which is required to book a session
  • The fee can be applied towards any products listed below


Cancellation Policy

  • We kindly ask that you contact us to cancel a scheduled session at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations within this timeframe will receive a full refund for their session fee.
  • We understand that "life happens!" We will always be fair and work with you to reschedule when an unexpected life event pops up, but we ask that you respect our scheduled session whenever possible.

What does the session fee include?

This charge covers the photographer's time, use of the studio, specialized equipment/setup and shooting. The fee does not include digital files or any products.

What if I only want the digital files?

We provide fully color corrected and edited images. They are hi-res and ready for print. Digital image packages start at $950 for 5 images. The pricing reflects the customer's ability to print their own products with these files. Associated digital files are included with any print products that are purchased.

How can I review the images from our session?

For the session reveal you can either return to our studio and view a slide show in person or the slide show in can be shared virtually via video conferencing such as Zoom.

Do you offer outdoor sessions on-location of our choosing?

We have a spectacular view of the upper valley from our location but if you prefer a specific locale elsewhere we can arrange for an on-location shoot for an additional $250 (covers travel time, equipment transport/setup and scouting).
